You're Invited to a Monthly Chat

Where Civic Leaders  Pause to Reflect

Every month, you're invited to a Local Leadership Chat—a free, friendly, and forward-thinking forum for civic leaders across the country.

Hosted by Matt Lehrman of Social Prosperity Partners, this lightly moderated conversation brings together municipal officials, school board members, nonprofit managers and board members, and other community leaders. There’s no formal presentation—just authentic, open dialogue about the challenges you face and the questions worth sitting with.

Attendance is free but limited to 45 participants. Reserve your place early to take part in this reflective and supportive exchange.

Save the date: August 5th @ 1 pm ET/10 am PT

Topic: Beyond Burnout:

Leading When You’re Exhausted

Leadership doesn’t stop when you’re running on empty. This month, we’ll talk candidly about what it takes to keep showing up when you’re stretched, discouraged, or just plain tired. This isn’t therapy—it’s a leadership conversation about finding the energy, focus, and determination to keep doing your best. If burnout is contagious, maybe restoration can be too.
