Here's a question that EVERY Town Council should be asking itself...

"How can we, individually, contribute to making the Town Council's governing process even stronger?"

Recently, my Social Prosperity Partner John Little and I facilitated a visioning workshop for the Carefree Town Council in Arizona. The entire 2 1/2 hour discussion is available to view online, but we would like to specifically invite you to watch the 14 minute discussion prompted by the question, "How can we, as individuals, contribute to strengthening the Town Council's governing process?"

It's absolutely heartening to see that even council members with varying perspectives and priorities share a deep and personal sense of responsibility to ensure that people throughout their community feel connected, respected, and heard.

Isn't that the kind of community you'd want to live in?

We actively take on these questions—on the podcast, on Substack, and in this newsletter—because chances are others are carrying something similar into their work as well.
